1.1 To register a cbijee account you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity; (c) not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law; (d) not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of cbijee or any of its affiliates.

1.2 Each player is entitled to hold exactly one cbijee account. The creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or bonuses held therein.

1.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. cbijee accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your login details secure.

1.4 You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. cbijee reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at any time.

3.4 Withdrawal requests are processed by cbijee without undue delay. Mobile wallet withdrawals typically arrive within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing times.

3.5 cbijee reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the cbijee account holder.

3.6 cbijee does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by third-party payment providers are outside cbijee's control and are the player's responsibility.

4.1 cbijee may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, tournament prizes, and other incentive schemes ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms.

4.2 Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in the specific bonus terms.

4.3 cbijee reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or cancel any Bonus, and any winnings derived therefrom, where cbijee reasonably suspects that the Bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through multiple accounts, or in breach of any applicable bonus terms.

4.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the cbijee platform. They cannot be exchanged for cash directly and expire as stated in the individual bonus offer.

Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, cbijee may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate the account, withhold or forfeit any funds held in the account, and recover any bonus or winnings paid in error.

9.2 cbijee shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

9.3 cbijee's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to the platform or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10.1 cbijee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
